What shipping options are available for the APA Merch Store?

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $25 — FedEx Ground (3-7 Business Days): $5.00
  • $25-30 order — FedEx Ground (3-7 Business Days): $6.00
  • Orders over $30 — FedEx Ground (3-7 Business Days): $7.00

Currently orders are only available in the United States. If you are outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact store@apa.org.

 

How do I know what T-shirt size and style to choose?

The APA Merch Store offers two T-shirt styles: classic fit and slim fit. Those who are taller, have broad shoulders or those with narrow body types should stick to their traditional size in classic fit and size up in slim fit. Those who are shorter or have curvier body types should size down in the classic fit and stick to their traditional size in the slim fit.

What is the return/exchange policy for the APA Merch Store?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for items returned within 30 days from the order date. We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent.

If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item, please contact Customer Service: apamerchstore@ironmarkusa.com, before returning your merchandise. You will receive an email with instructions on how to package and return your item. Please include your name, address, order number, phone number, and instructions on what you would like for us to do (refund or exchange). Also, be sure to include which item(s) you want to exchange for.

A refund will be issued to the original payment card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes, but excluding shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee (fee will not be charged for defective or damaged items).

The APA Merch Store offers Shop Pay, Google Pay, and accepts major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do I need to create a Shopify account to place an order?

You are not required to create a Shopify account to place an order at the APA Merch Store. However, you may find it beneficial to create an account if you plan to access your order history or save payment methods and contact information to your account.

 

Do I need to be an APA member to shop in the Merch Store?

APA members and non-members alike can shop in the APA Merch Store—it is open to all. However, APA members do receive special benefits in the store, such as premium discounts and offers.
